Today the President proposed a $1.2 TRILLION increase in the nation's debt ceiling. He is clearly trying to set up another of his populist fights versus a "do nothing" congress, but I do not see how this can possibly help him except with the far-left.

In other news, yesterday the DOJ opined that Obama's controversial recess appointments were constitutional. Now there's a shock!
