Obama Secret Media Meeting
Fox is reporting that Obama and his staff had a 2 1/2 hour hush-hush meeting Monday with three NYT bigwigs and two MSNBC personalities. The question I have is how could anyone stand spending that amount of time with Mathews and Olbermann?
In addition, it is no secret that the White House has added the US Chamber of Commerce to its hit list. Why? Because the Chamber opposes all of its anti-business initiatives, most notably cap and tax.
It is notable how the administration has ratcheted up its attacks against its perceived domestic enemies, that is anyone who opposes its agenda. This is likely a conscious attempt to distract the nation and rally the far-left base.
Afghanistan is going poorly. Iran is causing trouble. The unemployment rate is going up and the Democrats have no clue how to turn it around. Their progressive agenda is in danger. Nothing is going right for the Dems. So what do they do? Attack Fox News, Rush, the Chamber, banks, insurance companies and the vast right-wing conspiracy. That way, they won't have to address problems that they have no idea how to solve.
